On August 9, 2019, at around 5:45 am, the Cape Coral Police Department investigated two robberies. The first was in the parking lot of Achieva Bank located at 1631 Del Prado Blvd S. The second was
The suspects were seen driving a black Cadillac. Detective Kortright was notified that another robbery had just occurred in North Fort Myers at Mobile, located at 4101 Hancock Bridge Pkwy, North Fort Myers. He was told that the Lee County Sheriff’s Office had responded and that the suspect matched the description of the suspect involved in the Cape Coral robberies.
Kortright responded to the scene and spoke with Lee County Detectives who told him that the suspects in this case
Other Lee County Sheriff’s Office units responded to help search for the suspects at the Motel 6. The suspects were believed to be in room 426. Hicks saw a male close the curtain quickly after seeing the Detectives on
The suspects arrested were Jahiem Trevon Lovett and Noah Voll. Based on the above investigation, Noah Voll was with Robbery with a Firearm from both locations and Aggravated Assault because Voll intentionally fired a round toward the victim as he attempted to rob the business. Jahiem Lovett was charged with Robbery with a Firearm for both locations.
This investigation was a combined effort with the Cape Coral Police Department and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and resulted in taking two dangerous people off the street. Both are currently in the Lee County Jail. Both agencies did an amazing job bringing this case to a peaceful resolution.
