Although the scheduled 5210 Pledge is over, we encourage you to continue to consume zero or very few sugar-sweetened drinks, increase your physical activity hours, cut back on the hours spent on electronics and eat more fruits and veggies through the remainder of the year.

After great success last year, the Florida Department of Health in Lee County and Lee County Parks & Recreation’s Color Splash 5K is happening again this year! Participants glowed in a hue of vibrant colors while B103.9 filled the air with energetic music along the way.

Like last year, the 2017 Color Splash 5K, 2.0 is FREE and limited to the first 500 registrants.
