My Two Elaines – Martin J Schreiber/Cathy Brettenbucher. Past governor of Wisconsin relates his story about his wife Elaine acquiring Alzheimer’s & the trials of being her caretaker. ***

The Better Brain Solution – Steven Masley. A “how to” book on reversing & preventing memory loss. His suggestions are impossible for 99% of us – get about 30 blood tests & get all to maximum range, eat kale, brussel sprouts, beets, squash, fennel, salmon, mussels, olive oil, ghee, etc. *

The Assault om Intelligence – Michael Hayden. A trump hater attempts to discredit almost everything Trump has done. Defends Clapper, Comey, and their partners at the FBI, Justice, and CIA. *

Rhinestone Cowboy – Glen Campbell/Tom Carter. An interesting biography written in 1994 by Glen. Captures his successful career, his addictions with drugs and alcohol, and his conversion to Christianity & being sober. ***

Vindicated – Jose Canesco. His story about his career in baseball & the use of steroids. *

The Pope Who Quit – Jon M. Sweeneey. An in depth look at the life of of a hermit, Peter Morrone, who became the Catholic Pope in 1294. Less than 6 months later, he resigned as he was in way over his head. Great Catholic history lesson, otherwise pretty dull. **

Somebody I Used To Know – Wendy Mitchell. Woman with early onset of Alzheimer’s describes her experience as the symptoms worsen. Similar to what my wife is experiencing. ***

REBEL – Nick Nolte. A very good autobiography with the majority about his life & relationships in the movie industry. Not much sex, but a lot of great stories. *****

THE GREAT REVOLT – Salena Zito & Brad Todd. A closer look at why Trump got elected. They do extensive interviews with several people from each of 5 Midwest states who had voted for Obama but then voted for Trump. **
