City staff will be installing All-Way Stop signs at NE 6th Street at NE 19th Place and NE 6th Street at NE 25th Avenue intersections on February 7th. Message board signs will be placed one week prior to the installation and will remain for a week after the installation, along NE 6th Street east and west of NE 19th Place, and north and south of NE 25th Avenue intersections to inform motorists.

Message board signs will be placed one week prior to the installation and will remain for one week after the installation, along SW 15th Place north and south of the intersection to inform the public.
County Road Projects
Burnt Store Road going North to Durden Pkwy:
Drivers should expect intermittent northbound and southbound lane closures during nighttime/overnight hours, weather permitting. Motorists should exercise caution while driving in the area as workers, flagmen, and equipment will be present.
The road improvements will occur along Burnt Store Road between 3942 Burnt Store Rd N. and going North to Durden Pkwy through April 1st, 2022.

This construction project consists of widening Burnt Store Road to four lanes, construction of a new bridge over Shadroe Canal, drainage installation, and lighting. Lee County DOT, and their contractor American Infrastructure Services (AIS), will be installing a new traffic signal mast arm at Del Prado Boulevard & Southeast 47th Terrace.
