A shots fired call lead to a barricaded subject in the 1300 block of SE 45th Street.
On April 22, 2020 around 11:40 a.m. officers responded to the 1300 block of SE 45th Street for a shots fired call. When officers arrived on scene they spoke with the victim who told them that they heard what was believed to be a gunshot and saw their rear slider door shatter.
Information lead officers to Patricia McConville’s residence. As the investigation unfolded, officers attempted to contact McConville about the incident. McConville barricaded herself in her residence and would not speak with our officers.
A perimeter was set up around her residence and the SWAT team responded to assist. McConville was taken into custody without incident, and charges are pending.
