Important Update From The Cape Coral Animal Shelter

Cape Coral Animal Shelter is committed to providing a safe environment for our visitors, staff, and volunteers during this troubling time.  Until further notice, we will not be open to the public, but instead schedule adoptions by appointment only.  Please view our adoptable dogs and cats, by clicking the links provided. If you see an animal you would like to meet, go to SignUpGenius to schedule an appointment.  We have over 40 animals in our care, and all are in need of a forever home.  What better time to adopt!

If you have been considering fostering, there is no better time than now!  If you are interested, please email us at info@capecoralanimalshelter.com.  If you can provide a temporary home to one of our residents, they would be most grateful and so would we!

All volunteer orientations are suspended until further notice.  If you have attended an orientation, you can come to volunteer.  We ask that you please follow our sanitizing and social distancing protocol when at the shelter.  See a staff member for more information.

In an effort to help the animals of our community, we are in the process of opening our clinic for EMERGENCY SITUATIONS ONLY.  We will provide further details later this week.

Finally, we ask that you continue to support us through this difficult time.  Donations of supplies can be brought to the shelter between 8 and 5 every day, and our Wish List can be viewed here. You can also make donations online by clicking here.

We are fortunate to live in this amazing community and we will all get through this together.  Be safe and be well!
