Harlan C. Parrish, executive vice president and Lee County president of FineMark National Bank & Trust, has been selected as chairman of the board of the Foundation for Lee County Public Schools.
Parrish previously served as board chair from 2007-2009 and has been active with the foundation for two decades. Parrish has been involved in several Foundation initiatives, including serving on the selection committee for the Golden Apple Teacher Recognition Program, and involvement in the Partners in Education-State of our Schools Breakfast. Parrish also serves as a mentor in the Take Stock in Children Program.
Parrish’s long-time service to public education was highlighted last month at the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Awards Luncheon where he was named Bonita Springs Citizen of the Year.
