Effective January 3, 2023, the City Hall Permitting Counter will be open from 7:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The Permitting Counter will be closed to the public on Fridays.
The City of Cape Coral will launch a virtual queue system the week of January 3 to prevent visitors from waiting in line at City Hall.
Push-button permits are available for six of the most common Hurricane Ian permit types:
- Residential Roof Repairs or Replacements
- Air Conditioning
- Emergency Electric
- Fence Repair or Replacement
- Garage Door Replacement
