The 11th annual Catch the Vision—Tips, Trends, and Forecasting event is being held on Tuesday, November 9th, at Cape Christian Fellowship, located at 2110 Chiquita Blvd. South, in Cape Coral. The event highlights Cape Coral’s growing real estate market, forthcoming projects, and new trends, as well as the most exciting real estate development and new business owners coming to Cape Coral in 2022.
The event begins at 5 p.m. with a professional trade show packed with local vendors and businesses. This will lead up to the main program, showcasing all the New Big Projects coming to Cape Coral. We will highlight new jobs and new companies coming into the area with opportunities for employment.
Everyone is encouraged to attend; residents need to know who is moving into the area—the big reveal will happen at the end of the event.
Attendees will receive a full-color resource guide that includes new maps, flood zone information, guidelines, city directories, and the latest information about the utility expansion project.
The event cost is $20 per ticket. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Cape Coral Caring Center, helping families in need since 1990.
