“Seussical, Jr.” on stage
Charlotte County Children’s Theatre presents a fascinating musical based on the works of the beloved storyteller, Dr. Seuss. Focusing on the story of “Horton Hears a Who” we find jungle creatures and the tiny Whos in an exciting adventure to save their small world in Seussical Jr. Come Join us at 7 PM both Friday and Saturday nights at the Cultural Center Theater in Port Charlotte. Tickets are only $15 for adults and $7 for students and will be available at the door. With a wonderful score, this is a show for young and old!

Back-to-School Fest
Children will also have the opportunity to celebrate going back to school through the KidX Club® Back to School Fest on Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm at Edison Mall. This FREE event will feature hands-on activities, including art, Too Tall Torie, live DJ, fashion show and more. Families are encouraged to attend as the School District of Lee County will be on hand to answer any questions parents may have regarding the start of school. In addition, many nonprofits will be on hand with information and resources for families.
