Lee County Emergency Management has scheduled additional Hurricane Preparedness Seminars that are open to the public for the month of June.
The free seminars will include information on how to prepare families and homes for hurricane season and how Emergency Management responds to hurricanes and other disasters.
The seminars now scheduled are:
- 1 p.m. Friday, June 14 – Sanibel Community House, 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, 33957
- 6 p.m. Friday, June 14 – United Methodist Church, 5701 Pine Island Road N.W., Bokeelia, 33922
- 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 19 – Cape Coral Public Library, 921 SW 39th Terrace, Cape Coral, 33914, in the large meeting room
- 10 a.m. Thursday, June 20 – Sanibel Community House, 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, 33957
- 6 p.m. Thursday, June 27 – Habitat for Humanity, 1288 N. Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, 33903
