A man attacked his roommate with a kitchen knife over a dispute because of loud music.
On 06/12/2018 in the early morning hours, Cape Coral Patrol officers responded to 2606 NE 17th Avenue in reference to a man with a knife. The officers made contact with Jose Olivarez-Cuetara (DOB: 05/03/1960).
Jose was upset with his roommate over his music being too loud. Jose grabbed a kitchen knife and threatened his roommate who fell and hit his head causing a laceration. Jose was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and later transferred to the Lee County Jail.
