Who doesn’t love Mardi Gras?  The South Cape Hospitality & Entertainment Association (SCHEA) once again provided a great opportunity to celebrate while visiting many of the bars and restaurants in South Cape with their monthly trolley event in honor of Mardi Gras in February.
