Cape Coral Police VIN Unit Arrest Cocaine Dealer Who Brought Her Child to “Work”

The Cape Coral Police Department’s Vice, Intelligence & Narcotics (VIN) Unit arrested a cocaine dealer who sold the drugs to an undercover detective with her 2-year old child in the backseat.

On August 29, 2017, detectives with the VIN Unit conducted a controlled buy of cocaine from Darian Nare (11-7-96), having made previous purchases of cocaine from Nare. On this occasion Nare brought her 2-year old child with her to the drug sale. Detectives placed Nare under arrest for several counts of cocaine sale and possession, as well as a charge of child neglect. Nare was transported to the Lee County Jail.

ARRESTED: Darian M. Nare, B/F, DOB: 11-7-96, of 18566 Sunflower Road, Fort Myers FL.

CHARGES: Possession of Cocaine (3 counts), Sale of Cocaine (3 counts), Own/Lease Vehicle for Selling Drugs (3 counts), Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell, Child Neglect
