1/4 lb butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c flour
1 ts baking soda
1/2 c chopped maraschino cherries
dash of salt
Mix in the order listed. Split between 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
