The School District of Lee County is hosting another recruitment event to fill openings within the District’s Food & Nutrition Services department.

With a growing enrollment of more than 95,000 students and 120 schools, the District is seeking talented, high-energy candidates for the 2022-23 school year. At the recruitment events, interested candidates will meet with representatives from the District’s Food & Nutrition Services department. Computers will be available on-site for those who wish to submit an online application, and candidates may also be offered an interview with the potential to be hired on the spot.

The Food & Nutrition Services department provides nutritious meals that nourish students to enhance their readiness to learn. Positions are currently available for food service workers, traveler food service workers and intern food service workers.

The recruitment event will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 28 at the Lee County Public Education Center, located at 2855 Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers. The deadline to register is the day prior to each event. To register, click here.
