PulteGroup has closed on the land for a new Centex-branded neighborhood called Sawgrass at Coral Lakes.
Located within the existing Coral Lakes community off Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral, Sawgrass will offer 230 new-construction townhomes within the guard-gated, master-planned neighborhood.
The first release of quick move-in homes is anticipated for purchase and move-in by summer 2022. Expected to start from the mid $200,000s, the new Centex townhomes in Sawgrass at Coral Lakes will offer 1,636 to 1,816 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and one- and two-car garages.
Homebuyers will also have access to two resort-style swimming pools with sundecks and a country club-style clubhouse with a fitness center within the Coral Lakes community, plus tennis and volleyball courts, soccer fields and a baseball field.
