The caller informed Cape Coral Police they heard something outside the home. Caller had checked the Ring Doorbell app where they saw a male trying to gain entry into the home. The caller said that her spouse was going outside to investigate and that they were armed with a handgun. A short time later the caller advised that there was yelling and the caller’s spouse might be outside getting hurt.

Cape Coral Police Officers arrived and were able to hear two different male voices having a verbal argument. An officer announced himself as he shined a flashlight on the males, seeing one male with no shirt on with a pistol in his hand. All stolen property was returned to the victim.

Tre was charged with Armed Occupied Burglary, 3-counts of Grand Theft of a Firearm, Grand Theft, and Resisting Arrest without Violence.
