Dana Brunett has a wide range of experience in the economic development field, including multi-state community development, developing and managing small business lending, training and technical assistance programs for large, small and micro businesses.
He holds a B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Fredonia. He is a recipient of the John J. Gunther Award for Creating Economic Opportunity from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development and sits on numerous board and committees in Cape Coral and throughout Southwest Florida.

Dana Brunett begins new role on July 1, 2018, following in the footsteps of Brian Gomer (2015 – 2017) and Dennis Gingerich (2017 – 2018).
