Pizza Shop Owner Arrested and Charged With Child Abuse

A Cape Coral pizzeria owner was arrested yesterday on charges of child abuse and battery for harassing and inappropriately touching two juvenile female employees.

On June 16, 2017, Cape Coral police officers responded to 3015 SW Pine Island Road Unit #104 (Pizza Depot) in reference to a complaint made by two juvenile female employees that the pizzeria owner, Harry Kaltsounis (DOB: 2-17-56), had been harassing them and touching them inappropriately. An investigation was conducted by the Cape Coral Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit, and an arrest warrant was forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for review on July 24th by Detective Bell.

On October 3, 2017, the arrest warrant was approved for the arrest of Kaltsounis on two counts of child abuse and two counts of battery. CCPD Detective Fordham with the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force located Kaltsounis at his place of business and placed him under arrest.
