Family Matters: Activities for Families
Healthy Lee’s 5210 program recommends limiting screen time to two hours or less per day for children and families. To help expand your family’s activity levels and prevent the creation of a “couch potato,” Healthy Lee has developed a list of activities for families to try instead of turning on the TV.

Some of these activities include taking a family walk around the neighborhood after dinner, hosting a game night, and turning of electronic devices at a certain time every day.
