The Cape Coral Police Department invites you to join us for our Open House here at the Cape Coral Police Department Headquarters building on Saturday, February 11, 2017, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Join us for tours, talks, displays, and demonstrations including: Crime Scene Investigators (Forensics), SWAT, K9 Unit, and more!
Parents! Bring your kids, let them meet their police officers and get to sit inside specialized police vehicles like our Patrol Cars, SWAT Bearcat, Police motorcycles, Marine Unit Jet Skis, and the HUGE Mobile Command Center. It’s a great opportunity for them to learn about joining our Police Explorer Program. Explorers and Advisors will be on-hand to talk and give you information. For the little ones, we’ll also have a kiddie fingerprinting station.
Job-seekers! Looking for a career that’s more than just a job? Recruiters will be on hand to talk about career opportunities with the Cape Coral Police Department for both sworn and civilian positions.
Everyone! Want to learn more about your Cape Coral Police Department? Station tours will be held every half-hour, giving you a first-hand look at the inner workings of the Cape Coral Police Department. Members of the command staff, including Chief Dave Newlan will be on hand talking about the department and our community and will be available to answer questions.
