The developers were so confident in the future of Cape Coral that they acquired the land, secured the financing, and started construction in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The team has acquired more land in Fort Myers to develop additional multi-family housing projects, which are expected to commence in Q4 2022.

According to the City of Cape Coral, apartment occupancy is at least 95% leaving apartments in high demand.
