South West FL Balloon Festival

Hot air balloons return to South West Florida with this Balloon Festival! Hot air balloons (weather permitting), food vendors, retail vendors and more! Gates open @ 5 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday / no entry is permitted after 7 pm. Just $20 covers parking and entry to the festival for everyone in the vehicle. Cardboard Boat Regatta

Come and Cheer on Your Favorite at the annual Cape Coral Cardboard Boat Regatta. The event is this Saturday at Seahawk Park. Viewing is 9:30 am; races begin at 11 am. Fourteen challengers will compete in multiple Categories & Events, including Most Dramatic Sinking and Peoples’ Choice Awards. Votes will be tallied by Lee County Board of Elections. Food Trucks will provide Hot Dogs, BBQ, Pizza & Shaved Ice, as well as Water, Soda, and Beer. Live Music by Hit & Run. Cape Coral Police Marine will provide swimmer support, along with EMTs, too! Bleacher seating is available, but bring a beach chair & sunblock. Parking is a $5.00 donation.

Touch a Truck – Easter Edition

Pediatric Dentistry of Florida, Dr. Tim Verwest, DMD & Associates is hosting the sixth annual family-friendly ‘Touch-a-Truck’ Fort Myers on Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. This special Easter edition will have 10,000 easter eggs to hunt along with pictures with the Easter Bunny! Touch-a-Truck is a hands-on experience with their favorite trucks and vehicles, plus interaction with those who drive them. Children will be able to be as if they were the true professional behind the wheel. Featured vehicles will include emergency service, law enforcement, military, public service, and local commercial businesses. Easter Egg-xtravaganza

Our annual Easter egg hunt is BACK! This Saturday at 11 AM, join us at PG Social House for our annual event. There is NO registration, NO fee to sign up, it is a FREE event, but if you are willing and able to contribute, we would love for you to make a donation to St.Jude’s. We will host a book signing, by Melissa Parker for “The Adventures of Cisco & Max”, we will have an egg-dye station (please BYOE (bring your own eggs)), live music, and lots of F-U-N!
