Vehicle 1 was traveling north on Country Club Blvd approaching the intersection with SE 43rd St. Vehicle 2 was parked and unoccupied, facing north in the parking lot of the residence at 4353 Country Club Blvd.

As Vehicle 1 exited a sharp left bend in the roadway, the driver over-corrected and lost control. The rear end of Vehicle 1 rotated clockwise as it exited the right side of the roadway. As Vehicle 1 rolled to its left, its roof collided with a large palm tree in front of the home, its rear end collided with the right side of Vehicle 2, and its front end collided with an exterior wall of the residence. The large palm tree was uprooted and as it fell, it struck the roof of the residence. Vehicle 1 came to final rest on its roof in front of the residence.

Homeowner Kelsey Furlow was sleeping in a bedroom at the front of the residence at the time of the crash. As Vehicle 1 crashed through the front wall of his home, it knocked a refrigerator over which struck Furlow, causing minor injury.
