Thursday: The Cape Coral Police Department will host its Annual Candlelight Ceremony on the plaza outside of the lobby of Police headquarters at 7 PM. The ceremony is for remembering our loved ones who were taken from us too soon. We encourage you to bring a framed photo of your loved one. RSVP to cseymour@capecoral.net.

BAM! Breakfast at the Museum Celebration

Saturday: Join us at the SWFL Military Museum & Library for their BAM! Breakfast at the Museum. Rosie the Riveter is a cultural icon of World War II, representing the women who worked in factories and shipyards, many of whom produced munitions and war supplies. These women took entirely new jobs replacing the male workers who joined the military. To celebrate the 76th anniversary of Rosie the Riveter, the museum will be offering breakfast open to the public for the cost of $8 per person. Join us from 8 – 11 am at the Museum!

Lights For Layla benefit

Saturday: Join us from 4-7 pm at Dixie Roadhouse for a fundraiser for Lights For Layla Benefit.. Proceeds will go to local bus stop safety items (benches, lights, concrete slabs, etc.) Whiskey Bent Band performs LIVE! Silent Auction with prizes from local vendors. Food donated from Taste Of The South. Free Line Dance lessons.
$5 Donation requested at the door. All ages are welcome until 7 pm (under 21 must leave by 7 pm.)
