Free Movie & Concessions!

Friday:  FREE Movie & Concessions, this time it’s The Son Of Bigfoot.  Invite your family and friends to Cape Vineyard Church! Everybody from the community is invited! FREE Movie, FREE Hot Dogs, FREE Popcorn, FREE Candy, FREE Drinks & FREE Prizes! Food is served at 6:30 pm, Showtime is 7:00 pm.


Faith Concert Series

Friday:  The Symphonic Chorale of SWFL kicks of the Faith Concert Series from 7 – 9 pm with their FREE performance of “My Spirit Sang All Day.” The inspiration came from British composer Gerald Finzi’s choral piece of the same name. Dr. Trent Brown will weave together a program that ranges from the old masters including Bach, Mozart, Brahms, and Mendelssohn, a dash of opera, and various choral genres including spirituals and gospel. Fire Department 9th Annual Open House

Saturday:  Join us at any of Cape Coral’s ten fire stations for the annual Open House.  From 9 am- 12 noon, take the opportunity to tour the station, meet firefighters, and learn about the fire apparatus and equipment. There will also be fire safety information, takeaways, and a scavenger hunt with prizes for those who find all of the answers. Family Camp Out @ Jaycee Park

Saturday:  Enjoy a fun night of camping at Jaycee Park with your family under the trees, along the shore of this beautiful riverside park. Starting at 2 pm, going until 10 am Sunday morning.  Bring bikes and scooters and do your own thing or join in the games organized by Parks & Recreation staff. There will be a community campfire after dark for s’mores. BYO tent, family, food and camping gear. This is the easiest camping you are ever going to get! The cost is $20 per tent with limited sites available. Cape Coral’s First Ever Rooftop Party

Saturday:  Gather is hosting Cape Coral’s first ever rooftop party on the 5th floor of the Tarpon Point Marina parking garage from 5 – 9:30 pm. Soapy Tuna is playing live. Food will be served by Nice Guys, Pinchers, Marker 92, Rollin Raw Bar and The Pink Taco! Pre-Sale tickets are $5 (purchased at Gather), tickets at the door are $10
