Community Coming Together for Clean Water
Thursday: Help raise money to support Captains for Clean Water as they fight to help clean up the water in Southwest Florida. This FREE event is being hosted by Tiki Hut Bar & Grill at Dolphin Key. From 5:30-7:30 pm, the Captains will be on site to answer your questions. There will be a Chinese auctions, silent auction, 50/50. Lots of prizes to win while supporting a great cause.
Budweiser Clydesdales in Club Square
Friday: From 5 to 7 pm, join Big Blue Brewing as they welcome the Budweiser Clydesdale Horses. The horses will march around Club Square, behind Big Blue Brewing. Bring the family for a FREE opportunity to see these beautiful horses and take pictures. Stay for the after-party at 7 pm, with cool Budweiser prizes and giveaways, specials and Sheena Brook from NBC’s The Voice.
Saturday: The Kiwanis Club of Cape Coral and Cape Coral Parks & Recreation present the 21st annual Cape Coral KidsFest. The event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Sun Splash Festival Grounds. KidsFest will feature entertainment on stage and strolling entertainers throughout the day, as well as two Halloween costume & pie eating contests with prizes. The festival will also offer health and safety information, fingerprinting, games, inflatable rides, fire truck, and police vehicles, pumpkin painting, crafts, raffles, family orientated vendors and food vendors. Free water to all attendees and kids under 12 get a free hot dog and chips. Free admission and parking available for a requested $2 donation. Cape Coral Caring Center will be on site for collection of non-perishable food donations for the community pantry.
Saturday: Parents, bring your costumed children to the South Cape Business Trick-or-Treat! This fun, safe, family-friendly event is FREE and no registration is required. Check out all the local participating businesses. There are 40+ safe stops for trick-or-treating within walking distance from 12 noon to 4 pm. Click here for a Google Map of all locations.
Trunk or Treat – 2018
Sunday: It’s time for the 5th Annual Trunk or Treat, hosted by the Cape Coral Masonic Lodge. FREE ADMISSION! Free candy! Car show with prizes! Costume contests! Kid Friendly games! Petting zoo! Ice cream and hotdogs & MUCH MORE!!! Once again, they will be accepting canned goods and other nonperishable food donations at the event for a local food bank. Event runs from 12 noon – 4 pm.
