Speeder Gets Caught with Suspended License, Drugs, and a Stolen Handgun

On October 15, 2018, around 11:10 PM, a Cape Coral Police Patrol Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for unlawful speed.

The driver, Bradley Lane Greer (W/M, DOB: 10/19/1975, of 2325 SW 21st Ter), was determined to have a suspended driver’s license.

A Glock handgun was observed in plain view tucked in the front seat, as well as small plastic baggies which led to a drug investigation. A search of the vehicle yielded 19 grams of cocaine, a straw and spoon with residue, and the handgun. A records check revealed that the Glock handgun was reported stolen out of St. Lucie County and that Greer is a convicted felon.

Greer was charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Driving While License Suspended, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Greer was transferred to the Lee County Jail.
