The City has become aware that some utility customers may be using the online payment service “doxo.com” to pay their water bills. The City of Cape Coral is not affiliated with this third-party payment service. Using these services could delay payments and incur additional fees.
Cape Coral customers have many options for paying their water bills including; mailing a payment, paying in person, pay-by-phone, automated bank draft, eBill services from Billtrust, paying via bank websites and making online payments via the City’s website. Please note that there are no charges for using any of these options. Customers who wish to make a payment online, should visit the City’s website at www.capecoral.net and click on “I Want To” and then select “Pay”.
