Fluffy Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 TBS aluminum-free baking powder

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 TBS maple syrup

Mix flour, baking powder, sea salt and cinnamon in a bowl.  Add almond milk and maple syrup.  Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat.  I also stir in frozen blueberries and sometimes walnuts.
